In order to utilize this service, you must be compliant with follow ups and your account must be in good standing.

Please note that calls made to other extensions may result in substantial delays or loss of your request.
Allow 2 business days for fill requests to be processed.
Outstanding balances must be paid prior to receiving a medication refill. Please call our office at 475-329-2686 option 4 for additional assistance with balances.
If you are overdue for a follow-up, your request will not be processed, please call the office and speak to a member of our team.
The prescription refill line is monitored daily by members of our administrative staff. After hours requests will be responded to the next working day. Weekend requests will be responded to the following Monday.
This line is not checked on weekends or holidays when the office is closed.
We will no longer be taking prescription refill requests over the phone, all refill requests must go through the prescription refill line.
If you do not hear from your pharmacy within 48 hours of leaving your message, please call us at 475-329-2686 option 3 to process your request.
