Judy Spindel-Brown
With 41 years of experience, Judy is a seasoned clinician specializing in individual therapy for older teens and adults. Holding an MSW from Adelphi University, a BA from Goucher College, and a Post-Graduate Certificate from the DiMele Center, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Judy’s expertise extends to coping with life’s challenges, addressing issues that manifest in patients’ lives. Beyond her clinical work, she has presented workshops, led groups, and contributed articles to magazines. Notably, Judy authored a newsletter, “Feeding What You’re Needing,” and a column, “Consuming Passions,” delving into compulsive eating and related topics.
In addition to her therapeutic roles, Judy dedicated several years as a Hospice Social Worker, facilitating grief groups for hospice and Jewish Family Services. Her commitment to lifelong learning and teaching underscores her passion for ongoing personal and professional development.
