comfortable, understood, and able to show up as they are. Her work is
collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs, drawing from
evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and attachment-informed
and family systems approaches.

She has extensive experience in adoption, foster care, family
preservation, and adolescent and family mental health, and has trained
with the Mary D. Ainsworth Child-Parent Attachment Clinic using the
Circle of Security model. Laurie’s clinical interests include trauma,
anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, grief and loss, communication,
and life transitions.
