Melissa Gesualdi

Melissa Gesualdi is a certified Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) technician with Neurostar, the largest and highest-quality TMS manufacturer in the country. Melissa has been administering treatments, training professionals including technicians and physicians as well as coordinating multiple offices in CT and NY for the past eight years. She is experienced in treating patients from ages 10 to 95 years old with conditions that include depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, migraine and pain with an 80+% success rate. She has a BA in Communications with a focus on social work.

Melissa started her career at Four Winds Hospital and prior to TMS she was a business owner, manager and consultant for small businesses for 20+ years. She says, “My passion has always been helping others and I pride myself in providing patients with the care they deserve.
