At Sterling Institute, we are proud to support the next generation of clinicians through our Clinical Oversight Program designed specifically for MSW graduates working toward their Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

What Our Clinical Oversight Program Offers
MSW graduates participating in the program can expect a supportive and structured pathway toward licensure, including:
- Paid clinical hours while gaining supervised experience
- Flexible scheduling with the freedom to build your own schedule
- Exposure to a diverse patient population and a variety of mental health diagnoses
- Experience with both in-person and telehealth therapy
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals
- 1:1 clinical training and oversight with experienced LCSW supervision
- Opportunity for full-time employment upon completion of licensure
Learn from an Experienced Clinical Leader
Participants in the program receive direct supervision from Laurel Bonney, LCSW, who provides individualized clinical guidance, mentorship, and oversight throughout the licensure process. This hands-on support ensures clinicians not only meet licensing requirements but also develop the confidence and clinical skills necessary for long-term success.
A Multidisciplinary Approach to Care
Sterling Institute integrates multiple mental health services to provide comprehensive patient care. Clinicians will gain experience working alongside professionals offering services such as:
- Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS)
- Spravato (ketamine therapy)
- Medication management by physicians and advanced practice registered nurses
- Collaborative therapy with LCSW, LPC, and MSW clinicians
This collaborative structure allows emerging clinicians to learn from a variety of perspectives and develop a well-rounded clinical skill set.
