Sterling Institute is more than just a mental health practice—it’s a community of clinicians who value flexibility, clinical integrity, and collaborative care. Our team-centered approach is designed to help you thrive in your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

A Clinician-First Culture
From the beginning, Sterling Institute was founded with clinicians in mind. We understand the challenges faced by clinicians in today’s healthcare landscape: overwhelming caseloads, administrative burdens, rigid schedules, and a lack of autonomy. At Sterling, we’ve built a practice that removes those barriers and creates space for clinicians to do what they do best—provide high-quality, compassionate care.
Whether you’re a psychiatrist, LCSW, APRN or LPC, joining Sterling means joining a team that supports your clinical judgment, respects your professional independence, and fosters a collegial, supportive atmosphere.
Why Clinicians Thrive at Sterling Institute

Sterling Institute offers unmatched flexibility to help you create the career that aligns with your personal and professional goals. Our team members enjoy:
• The ability to set their own schedules
• Remote telehealth options and hybrid roles
• Autonomy to choose caseload preferences
• No on-call requirements or mandatory overtime for LCSWs and LPCs. Weekend on-call duties are rotated among our MDs and APRNs.
We believe that flexible, clinician-driven scheduling is key to preventing burnout and promoting longevity in your career.
